Update Solutions Tutorial 4

Jeremy and I have decided that you can ignore exercise 15. The solution turned out to be more complicated than initially thought. The solutions I provided for 15 in my last post are correct, however I will repost the solutions for tutorial 4 without ex.15 in order to avoid any possible confusion.
